Dasha Alekseeva joined NetSI in 2020 as a Budget & Operations Coordinator, contributing to the development and optimization of the Institute’s business infrastructure. She now serves as an Operations Program Manager (Business Operations), where she leads a diverse portfolio of operational initiatives aimed at driving organizational efficiency and supporting strategic growth. Her work includes enhancing budget reporting and tracking systems, implementing large-scale research programs, managing cross-departmental recruitment efforts, and providing direct operational support to Institute leadership. Dasha holds an MBA from Northeastern University’s D'Amore-McKim School of Business.
